Member of the Month (MofM) Official thread

Welcome to the Official thread of Member of the Month.Here,we vote in a poll the member of PM who is helping us,or is a big fan of PM.
When the results are ready,i'll announce it here.
There are some rules you must follow of course.

4. A member can't vote twice a month
5. An eligible member can't vote for himself
6. If an eligible member loses the competition,he has a second chance to be eligible again.
