Sapphire uses the same tools as Ruby...But...In my opinion...Ruby is the Best...Because of The Amazing Hacks that are already finished...Most of the 3rd Gen. finished hacks are of Ruby...And not to mention the most AMAZING ones...Like Ruby Destiny series...And Light Platinum...(I Know its not finished...But it deserves mention...)
I Don't get why people think FR is the Best...(I Know its Because of the tiles...)Not many people stick with FR till the Finish...But...to those who like FR...Its just my Opinion...

I hate the tilesets of these games,so i cant hack them....and emerald is
pretty unstable,so it seems impossible hacking it.
Anyway,the 3rd gen pokemon are the best!

That is why they are tile inserters to insert tiles!!!

There are a lot more ruby hacks around than sapphire.
I quite like the 3rd gen pokemon. They're not my favourite but I don't hate them or anything.

I think 1st and 2nd Pokemon were better. Those were the generations on which was spent most of the time. They ran out of ideas when they started on the 3rd and 4th gen Pokemon. You notice that in the quality of them too.
